Policies
Shipping
Standard shipping charges will be free on shipments made within
the continental United States. Any special shipping requirements,
expedited or non-standard service, or international shipping
charges will be added to the cost of the product or can be shipped
on a collect basis to the customer where available.
Goods Damaged During Shipment
Claims must be filed within three days with us to receive a
credit for goods damaged in shipment! Please open and inspect
each item for concealed damage from shipping. The carrier
only gives us three days to notify them of concealed damage,
after three days the claim is denied! Please understand
that we are not responsible for damages caused by the carrier. It
is your responsibility to inspect the item when it is received. If
there is concealed damage found after the carrier has left, you
must notify us immediately so we can get the claim started before
their deadline of three days. If the package comes in with
obvious damage, you must file a claim with the driver on
the spot and follow the procedure he tells you to.
Return Policy
There will be a 30% fee for returning any custom made order. Please
take the time to get every detail of your order correct before
submitting. All custom cushion orders must be faxed, emailed,
or given in person. Custom cushion orders will not be taken
over the telephone in order to avoid any mistakes due to miscommunication.
